Website Privacy Policy

North Sound Psychiatry PLLC
Effective date: September 9, 2026

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit northsoundpsych.com. This is not our Notice of Privacy Practices. That document covers the health information we keep about people we treat. If you are a current or former patient asking about your medical record, that is the document you want.

This site does not collect information from you. There are no contact forms, no newsletter signup, and no account login on thiswebsite. There is nothing here to fill out. When you contact us or book, the email link on this site opens your own email program. Your message goes directly to our inbox. The website does not store it or see it.

Please do not include medical details in email — ordinary email is not a secure way to send health information. Once you become a patient, we will set you up with secure messaging. The "Book Your Intake Appointment" buttons take you to our scheduling and intake system, which is operated by a separate company under a written agreement requiring it to protect health information. Anything you enter there is handled under that system's protections and our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising: We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking tools on this site. Our website host keeps routine technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs toidentify individual visitors and we do not use them for advertising.
‍
Companies that support this website: Our site is hosted by Webflow, our domain is registered through GoDaddy, and our scheduling and intake system is operated by IntakeQ/Practice Q. Each has its own privacy practices.

Children: This site is intended for adults seeking information about our services. We do not knowingly collect information online from children.

Changes to this policy: If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
